Organizers will have all spaces ready for the exhibitors by...	5 PM of (14) Feb. 2011
Exhibitors are to furnish their allocated area with their belongings before and not later than...	11 PM of (14) Feb. 2011
Exhibitors are to remove their belongings immediately after the Fair ends and not later than...	12 PM of 18^th Feb. 2011
